A private garden at the front and rear parts of the villa, and three patios (with garden furniture) will allow you to spend happy times outside.

- Living : one sofa, two armchairs, TV, HiFi, DVD player / recorder.
- Kitchenette.
- Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed, 140 cm
- Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed, 140 cm and 2 bunk beds, for one person
- Shower-room : shower, washbasin, bidet
- Separate toilets.
- Renting is 1 week minimum. A week's renting is from Saturday to Saturday in the high season.
- The prices include consumption of water, of electricity, heating.
- The prices do not include food.
- Household linen is not supplied
- Tenants do their own housework and are expected to leave the place clean and tidy.
You will receive your tenancy agreement.
One copy of the signed contract must be returned with a payment for 20% of the rent rate, in Euros.
The balance outstanding must be forwarded at the latest 3 weeks before arrival.
