SCHEDULE OF CONDITION	Rates (Please see below). A week's renting is from Saturday to Saturday in the high season (1 week minimum). The prices include consumption of water, of electricity, heating. The prices do not include food. Bed linen is not supplied. Tenants do their own housework and are expected to leave the place clean and tidy.
RESERVATION	You will receive your tenancy agreement. One copy of the signed contract must be returned together with a payment for 20% of the rent rate, in Euros. The balance outstanding must be forwarded at the latest 3 weeks before the arrival.
